The book also has lots of useful resources, including a specialized glossary, one-page each discussions of Florida foods like alligators and conch–and including Minoran Specialties, a chronological list of Florida Festivals, and an impressive bibliography.
Stated first edition, first printing, this cookbook is in nearly mint condition. Cover has a bit of shelf wear. The plastic comb binding is in mint, never used condition. All 303 pages are clean and clear. And the record, “I Want to be a Florida Cracker,” is still firmly attached to the cookbook.
