This is an unusual cookbook. All the meat recipes are presented in the context of a menu for a family dinner AND a company dinner. They are grouped by the cooking method. All the baked and roasted meats are together, all the broiled or fried meats are together all the braised or stewed are together. There’s a separate chapter for pot luck dinners.
