Gold Medal Flour Cook Book, 1909, Published by Washburn-Crosby Co., Minneapolis, Minnesota: also called Washburn-Crosby’s Gold Medal Flour Cook Book. Large, magazine-sized cookbook with 80 pages of recipes and advertising. Cover has a slight amount of staining and has a 1 1/2″ tear at the upper left corner. Paper cover. Binding is reinforced with perfectly applied binding tape. Binding is firm and perfect. There’s a slght amount of water damage on the lower edge of some back pages. The last six pages have a 3″ tear. All the pages are completely clean and clear.
