Hard cover book with 297 pages with decaled edges, plus additional bllank pages. Murrey was professional caterer of the Continental Hotel, Philadelphia, Astor House, New York, and other leading hotels. He was the author of “50 Soups,” “Valuable Cooking Recipe,” etc. Antique cookbook in excellent antique condition. As you can see, cover has quite a lot of shelf wear. Pages are clean and clean. Binding is in good condition. Presumed first edition, first printing.
