This cookbook has chapters on beverages; hors d’oeuvres; eggs, grits and cheese; breads, pancakes and waffles; salads and salad dressings; soups, bisques and gumbos; fish and shellfish; poultry, wild game and dressings; meats; vegetables; sauces for seafood, meats, poultry and vegetables; cakes, cookies, candies and icings; pies, ice cream and desserts; and pickles and preserves.  That image below is the entrance to the school. This copy has some shelf wear on the cover, especially on the edges, and on the outside edges of the pages. Every page is completely clean and clear. The plastic comb binding is in perfect condition.
