Description

Fifty-Two Sunday Dinners, 1913, 1915: A Book of Recipes, by Mrs. Elizabeth O. Hiller. Published by The N.K. Fairbank Company. First published in 1913, this copy is a first printing from the 1915 edition.  The book features fifty-two elegant menus and easy-to-follow recipes from the founder and principal of the Chicago Domestic Science School. We’ve had several copies of this cookbook over the 25 years we’ve been  selling old cookbooks, and this one is excellent antique condition.  Embossed cover is bright. Binding is good.  Pages are all clean and clear.  Hinges are perfect.  This almost looks like a new cookbook. Definitely gift quality.  Stuffed with clipped recipes–some of them very interesting.  I’ll send those along, of course.
