Prairie House Cookbook: A Collection of Recipes by Dana-Thomas House Foundation. Hard cover binder published in 2004 by Morris Press Cookbooks, Kearney, NE. 189 pages, plus index. Title on the front of the book is A House for Susan Lawrence Dana. The cookbook and the foundation are in support of the Susan Lawrence Dana house in Springfield, Illinois, her original home restored and redesigned by architect Frank Lloyd Wright. The house was finished in 1904. Some of the recipes in the cookbook were Dana’s recipes, used when she entertained. This cookbook is in as-if-new condition.
