This is a HUGE collection of recipes compiled by staff in departments of Nutrician from all over the country. Collected over a period of 65 years. The recipes are calculated for use by families as well as by those doing institutional cooking. Each recipe is accompanied by a complete nutricitional analysis, providing the number of calories, milligrams of cholesterol, grams of fiber, etc. The recipes were used–and therefore tested–at Indiana University Hospitals. This is a hard cover book with 625 pages. The book is in as-if-new condition. The cover is perfect, the hinges are perfect, the binding is perfect. Every page is clean and clear.
