Louise Andrews Kent was the remarkable lady from the small Vermont village of Kents Corner who for years, using the name of “”Mrs. Appleyard,” wrote the quarterly feature on food for Vermont Life Magazine. Mrs. Appleyard’s Family Kitchen is the largest and most complete of Kent’s many cookbooks. It was carefully compiled, researched and personalized by Louise Andrews Kent’s granddaughter, Polly Kent Campion. It includes over 700 recipes.
