Published by Literary Digest, Funk & Wagnalls, New York in 1926.   First edition, third printing.   Hard cover.  201 pages plus about 20 pages of plates and advertising.   A menu-based cookbook, with the menus arranged by season, then recipes supplied for each dish on the menu. Many wonderful recipes I haven’t seen elsewhere, including many charming combination salads and sandwiches.  Later printing.  Absolutely as-if-new condition.  Cover is perfect.  Hinges are perfect.  Pages are completely clean and clear.  Great gift!
