Cooking for Two is essentially a comprehensive cookbook with additional nutrition lessons, as way appropriate for a young married woman. There are four chapters on “The Cooking of True Proteins,” for example, and chapters such as “Introducing the Great Fuel Foods: Fats (Cream, butter, Olive Oil, and Salads.)”
