This section, as does the rest of the cookbook, has lots of colorful illustrations that are extremely helpful, like pictures of the various types of mushrooms along side the descriptions of them. The rest of the huge, heavy cookbook is 546 of the standard Better Homes and Gardens Cookbook, plus the detailed index. This cookbook has a textured, bridal white cover in mint, never used condition, as are the pages and the binding. The dust cover is nearly mint, with just a few tiny dings from storage. Everything is in great gift condition.
