Hard cover without dust jacket. 1014 pages. I don’t know where this cookbook has been for its 60 plus years, but it wasn’t sitting out in someone’s kitchen. This cookbook is in pristine condition. Cover is almost perfect, with just slightly bumped corners. The hinges are perfect. (See image.) The binding is firm and the pages are all immaculate! We’ve had many copies of this cookbook over the years, and this one is definitely the best! Definitely gift quality!
