This signed copy is as-if-new condition. Absolutely pristine.
The cookbook includes the history of the National Dandelion Cookoff, begun in 1994 in conjunction with the Dandelion MayFest, Breitenbach Winery of Dover, Ohio. By 1997, the Mayfest attracted more than 8000 people. A quick Internet search seems to show that, while the Mayfest at the Winery continues, the cookoff is no longer.
Recipes include dandelion appetizers, salads, soups, side dishes, main dishes, plus recipes for baking, beverages, and more.
