Yes, we have the cookbook.  See it here:  https://vintagecookbook.com/product/good-housekeeping-womans-home-cook-book-1909-true-first-edition-first-printing/

Good Housekeeping Woman’s Home Cook Book, 1909. True First Edition, First Printing. Cookbook compiled Isabel Gordon Curtis, associate editor of Good Housekeeping, and published by Reilly & Britton Co., Chicago. Hardcover cookbook that’s tall and narrow, with a brass ring at the top of the spine, for hanging on a hook in the kitchen. 320 pages. Interesting layout, with every other page being blank, for new recipes.

This cookbook is in remarkable antique condition. There’s minor shelf wear on the corners, and the base of the spine cover is torn. The hinges are perfect. The binding is solid. Every page is clear and clean. There’s not even a signature on the flyleaf. This cookbook was never used. (Good Housekeeping did a reprint, and there are lots of copies available.)
