This copy is from that first edition, 1982 sixth printing. 190 pages. Excellent vintage condition. Cover has shelf wear. Pages are all clean and clear.
Allman developed most of these recipes when she and her husband were starting Tongass Lodge, Excursion Inlet, for fly-in, boat-in hunters and fishermen. At the time of publication, she was chef and curator of the House of Wickersham in Juneau where a specialty is “flaming sourdough.”
