Yes, we have the cookbook. See it here: https://vintagecookbook.com/product/mary-ronalds-century-cook-book/
Mary Ronald’s Century Cook Book: The Century Cook Book, by Mary Ronald, published by The Century Co. Copyright from 1895. This copy is fron the 1902 printing. Hard cover. 588 pages. Cover shows some shelf wear. Pages are all clear and clean, with the edges uniformly tanned. Binding is perfect. Classic cookbook that I find fascinating for its many fancy, la di da recipes. See our Recipes section for a couple of examples. Also a cookbook with an unusual structure. Part I has a series of essays on topics like “A Homily on Cooking” and “Cooking as a Pleasure and an Accomplishment” and “How to Utilize What Some Cooks Throw Away.” Part II has traditional recipes, plus chapters on regional recipes. This is one of the few cookbooks I know of with a chapter on frogs’ legs!
