Myrtle Cecile Landry’s Fun Cooking Guide: French, Creole and Cajun Cook Book, 1975.  Cookbook by Myrtle Landry Simms, a member of of Louisiana’s food and restaurant royalty.  (See also  Family Recipes: Secrets of Maude Landry’s Kitchen here:  https://vintagecookbook.com/product/family-recipes-secrets-of-maude-landrys-kitchen/)   Simms was a consistent winner in the Creole Cooking Contest of the annual International Rice Festival at Crowley, Louisiana.  Four of her prize-winning recipes are included in her cookbook.  One of them is included in VintageCookbook.com’s recipe file, here:  https://vintagecookbook.com/recipes/

This self-published cookbook has a card stock cover and a plastic comb binding.  It was copyrighted in 1975.  This copy is from a later printing.  It is missing one tooth from the plastic comb binding.  The pages are all clear and clean.  This is a scarce cookbook.
