This copy from the 1941 second printing. It has a more colorful cover, but no changes or revisions were made for this printing. Frankly, I’m not quite sure how this book became one of the most sought-after cookbooks in America, but it is! Published privately by Roberts and Son, Birmingham, Alabama. Plastic comb binding. Embossed card stock cover, 147 pages. Cover has very minor shelf wear. Pages are all clean and clear. Binding is firm.
