Woman’s Home Companion Cook Book MINT! 1953: Woman’s Home Companion Cook Book, with an introduction by Dorothy Kirk. Published by P.F. Collier and Son Corporation, New York. First copyrighted in 1943. This edition copyrighted in 1953. Yes, this is the cream-colored hard cover edition. Hard cover, 951 pages. This is the first time we’ve had a copy of the Woman’s Home Companion Cook Book with NO dust jacket. The book is in as-if-new condition! All the pages are clean and clear. The binding is sound. The hinges are intact. Mint! The cover is perfect, with the exception of a bit of wear at the top and bottom of the spine cover. I’d say this is gift quality, especially if the receiver is a really nice person. It’s the best copies we’ve ever had!
