Collier and Son, New York. Edited by Dorothy Kirk, food editor, The Woman’s Home Companion. 987 pages. Hard cover, of course. I know you were expecting a cream-colored cover. Remember what you can’t judge a book by! They changed the cover. This printing seems to have come in both this red-rust colored version and a black one. Same clay-coated pages. This copy is in near-mint condition.
