Information, including recipes, definitions, instructions, line drawings, etc., is arranged alphabetically.
This first edition is in nearly mint vintage condition. The embossed cover is darkened. The binding, spine cover are all in perfect condition. The page inside the front color was discolored by old tape that has been removed. The hinges have been reinforced with clear librarian’s tape. Clay-coated pages are all clean and clear. I don’t think this cookbook was really used. Dust cover has a lot of wear, but it is now safely encased in Mylar.
