The book is large and lavish, with 120 recipes spread over 272 pages. Fascinating short histories on topics like “Famous Guests at the Waldorf, and “The Elegant Affairs.” Wonderful food photography by Ellen Silverman. Also has a chapter on cocktails.
Published by Bulfinch press, New York and Boston, in 2006. This copy is from the 2010 third printing. Dust jacket has a lot of dings. Book is in excellent vintage condition.
