This is a fascinating cookbook.  It is organized by ingredients.  And most of the ingredients are exotic fruits and vegetables, including avocado, banana, calamondin, carissa, cassava, surinam cherry, chinese cabbage, coconut, dasheen, grapefruit, guavas, honey berry, jackfruit, kumquat, lemon, lime, loquat, mango, monstera deliciosa, okra, sweet orange, sour orange, hearts of palm, papayas, pecans, pineapple, roselle, sapodilla, sweet potato, tamarinds, tangelo, and tangerine.  With that list of ingredients, you can imagine how exotic the recipes are.
