TGI Friday’s Drink Recipes. June, 1992. Original Restaurant Document: I hope this document doesn’t cause a hassle. The first page explains that this information is only available to TGI Friday’s employees on a need-to-know basis, plus threats about prosecution. Oh, well . . .
This is an 82 page, 8 1/2″ x 11″ booklet with over 600 original T.G.I. Friday’s beverage recipes, including liquor and wine drinks, shooters, mixes (like bloody Mary mix and margarita mix,) smoothies, flings, kids’ specialty drinks, kids’ shakes and malts, old-fashioned fountain style flavored Cokes, and old-fashioned fountain style “thick” shakes or malts.
This booklet has very involved and detailed recipes for drinks like “One Free Hour in the Candy Store,” “Lemon Chiffon Pie,” “I’m so Blue I Could Smile,” “German Chocolate Cake,” and “Apple a la Mode.” The document is in excellent vintage condition. The cover has a light stain that looks like coffee. All the pages are perfectly clean and clear. The stapled binding is firm.
