Taste of Chicago Cookbook, 1990

Taste of Chicago Cookbook, 1990, from Mayor Richard M. Daley’s Office of Special Events. Recipes from Taste of Chicago’s participating restaurants, including many great ethnic recipes. Recipes like Veal Scaloppine Meldoise, Tandoori Murgh or Clay Oven Chicken, Gamberi Saporiti e Linguini, Tod Mun Koong or Deep Fried Shrimp Cakes, Stuffed Chicken Breasts Greek Style, Rigatoni Americana (from La Strada,) Zilzil Tibsi or Ethiopian Beef, Dorho Tsebhi/ Doro Wat or Ethiopian Chicken. I could go on and on, but it’s dinner time and I’m making myself hungry. Card board cover with spiral wire binding. Mint condition.
