Binding is extremely firm. This cookbook was never used. Includes chapters on tapas or appetizers, salads and entremeses, gazpacho, soups, tortillas and other egg dishes, paella and other rice dishes, empanadas (pastries) and noodles, fish and shellfish, fowl and game, meat, vegetables, sauces, and desserts. Again, book is in mint condition.
