Then, Grosset and Dunlap published a third, completely revised edition in 1968. This is the 1971 printing of the 1968 edition, with an introduction by Hal M. Stanley, her brother or nephew. A comprehensive cookbook, with an initial chapter on setting up your kitchen, then chapters on everything from cocktails to invalid dishes, menus, and table service.
