Southern Cooking, 1928, 1941, Mrs. S. R. Dull. Definitely a Cook’s Copy.

Southern Cooking, 1928, 1941:  This is the reprint of the second edition of Mrs. Dull’s Southern Cooking. The first was published in 1928; the original of this version was published in 1941 by Grosset and Dunlap, New York. Dull says in her Foreword that this edition has many more recipes, and she implies that she likes her nationally known New York publishers. Hard cover, 384 pages. Good condition. Spine is loose, and has been reinforced with clear librarian’s tape. A few pages have stains. Cover shows lots of wear.  But all the recipes are here. Price reflects condition.
