This copy is from the twenty-seventh edition, enlarged and revised, published in 1945. Almost every page is clean and clear. Hard cover with 596 pages, plus several pages of entertaining advertisements at the back. Cover has minor shelf wear. Better than these images, actually, because there are smudges on the scanner! Yes, this is the “way to a man’s heart” cookbook!
