Select Recipes of Prominent Ladies, 1929, George M. Bates. Rare First Edition, First Printing. Self-Published Cookbook. Slim antique cookbook that was compiled and self-published in 1928=9 by George M. Bates, World War Veteran of Saint Paul, Minnesota. Hard cover book with 72 pages plus index.
