More Recipes was published 1956 by Farrar, Straus & Cudahy, New York. This copy is a first edition, stated second printing. Hard cover with dust jacket. 400 pages. Dust cover has a few dings. Book is in nearly mint condition. Pages are lightly and uniformly tanned at the edges. Morrison Wood was a famous world traveler and food writer of the 1940s and 1950s.His recipes are always colorful and sophisticated. For example, where else have you found a recipe for Ananas D’Orientale Mignardise?
