Seam of cover is damaged on the lower third of the booklet.
The recipes from famous chefs are often unusual: Falmouth Oysters a al Union League, Civet of Venison Hunter Style, Timbale of Ham Pilgrim. Most of the chefs cited are from Boston and /or the Northeast.
