Book has chapters on appetizers, sweets, meats, rice, eggs, cheese and breads, salads, seafood, soups & gumbos, vegetables, and wildlife and poultry.
Interesting note: There’s a copy of a signed George Rodrique painting on the back, “Ralph and Kacoo Olinde, King and Queen of Seafood.”
