Published by the Times-Picayune Publishing Company, New Orleans. Original copyright 1901. This is a dark red hard copy with an African American woman in scarf and apron stirring a mixing bowl. 438 pages. Clay coated pages. Cover has heavy shelf wear, especially at the corners and edges. Hinges are perfect. Pages all clean and clear.
