This cookbook was published by Harper & Row, Publishers, New York.  This is a hardcover book with no dust jacket.  It has 234 pages, every one of them clean and clear.  The cover is in excellent vintage condition, with the exception of a scuff on the front, on the garlic stems.  The book is in excellent vintage condition.  Hinges are perfect.  Binding is solid.  If you want to learn about French cooking, this is a great place to start.  Stated first edition, first printing!
