The Old Rittenhouse Inn is a gorgeous old building on the shore of Lake Superior where the wait staff recite the menu instead of handing you one. The choices are limited, but each dish is exquisite. My daughter went to college near there, and we had dinner at the Old Rittenhouse Inn whenever I drove the seven hours to see her. I was able to savor some of the dishes made from these recipes. Divine!
