Contains music and lyrics for songs, a glossary, and recipes for appetizers and beverages, salads, sauces and beans, poultry and eggs, seafood, and pralines and other sweet things. Also has a very nice bibliography. 224 pages, every one clean and clear. Heavy paper cover has some minor shelf wear. Plastic comb binding is in mint condition.
