Antique cookbook in nearly mint condition wieth many carefully clipped recipes from many issues of Better Homes and Gardens magazine, all placed in the correct place in the cookbook. Regarding this cookbook, first, I want to alert you: you may be , nearly expecting a silver covered binder. But this copy is has a dark teal covered binder. With black lettering. This cookbook has about 100 pages, including the added ones. The page iu clear and clean. The tabs on the heavy cardstoock divider pages (usually the first place to show damage on well used cookbook} are in excellent vintage condition, almost completely mint. The pages are completely clean and clear. The binder is also in mint condition. The fabric on the lower right corner has bubbled off the board. You’ll never find a 1930’s My New Better Homes and Gardens in this condition again!
