Miss Hulling’s Favorite Recipes, 1969: Recipes from Miss Florence Hulling Apted, who founded a cafeteria style restaurant in St. Louis in 1930, and who went on to found three more St. Louis restaurants with her husband, Stephen Apted. This first edition is signed by Mr. Apted. Copyright 1969. Hard cover over wire binding. Cookbook is 129 pages, with sections divided by tabbed pages. Nearly as-new condition. Small sections of the spine covering are chipped off the top and bottom. All the pages are clean and clear.
