Ferguson Publishing Company, Chicago. Hard cover. 1699 pages. (You can see why they eventually divided it up into two volumes.) This copy is in excellent vintage condition. Cover shows quite a bit of shelf wear. However, the pages are all perfect. The hinges are perfect and the binding is sound. A classic cookbook with practical chapters on topics like “Buying Staples” and comparisons between eggs and apples. Price reflects condition.
