This is the volume with Soups, Baking, Meats, Chicken, Charcuterie, Vegetables, and Desserts. An oversized volume with 555 pages, plus index. Its dust jacket is a mess. The book itself is in mint, as-if-new condition. Never used. Perfect gift! Definitely gift quality!
