Lily Wallace New American Cook Book, 1941: Copyrighted first edition was published in 1942.  The cover is in nearly perfect condition, with very little shelf wear.  The hinges have separated but they are holding.  The text block binding is perfect.  The pages are completely clean and clear.  The thumb indexed labels are perfect.   Clay coated pages. 931 pages. Great illustrations.  Did I say thumb indexed?
