Since there is no information about Macfadden Women’s Group other than on the cover and on the title page, I’m assuming that this was the paperback publisher for the Macfadden Women’s Group, with a fee paid to Ida Bailey Allen.
The title page says, “Special Edition / Ida Bailey Allen’s Service Cook Book / Prepared Especially for Macfadden Women’s Group / Consisting of True Romances . True Experiences . Love & Romance . Movie Mirror . Radio Mirror.”

No date of publication. Paper cover. Recipes presented in chart form. Cookbook in good vintage condition. Binding is firm. Pages are uniformly tanned, without writing or stains. Excellent vintage condition.
