(The rag stock paper is blue-shade with gray and blue flecks and it is difficult to scan. That’s why these scans look muddy.) Very high-end production! This copy is in as-if new condition. As you might expect, these recipes make great use of Hawaii’s exotic fruits and its wide range of fish and seafood, along with taking advantage of the rich ethnic diversity of the Hyatt’s employees. Recipes for sushi, sashimi, taegu, mano, and more. Interestingly, many tofu recipes!
