Helen Corbitt’s Greenhouse Cookbook, 1979, First Edition, First Printing: Hard cover cookbook with menus and recipes by Helen Corbitt, Director of Restaurants for Neiman-Marcus and Food Consultant for The Greenhouse, a luxurious spa between Dallas and Fort Worth. The menus provide a day’s worth of food for a mere 850 calories a day. Actually, the recipes sound so rich and delicious, it is difficult to believe that claim of 850 calories/day.
This cookbook was written by Helen Corbitt and published by Houghton Mifflin Company, Boston, in 1979. Hard cover book with dust jacket. 195 pages. With the exception of some small stars next to apparently favorite recipes, the book is in as-if-new condition. The dust jacket has a very few, very minor dings, and it is now safely encased in Mylar.
