Good Housekeeping Cook Book, 1942, 1944. Very difficult-to-find copy of the 1942, 1944 seventh edition of The Good Housekeeping Cook Book. Published by Stamford House, New York. Hard cover, 981 pages. Cook’s copy.  The spine cover was mended with clear librarian’s tape, and the cover shows lots of general wear. Strangely, though, the pages are all completely clean and clear. Binding is in fine shape.
