Many of these dishes are quite novel, recipes like chicken liver turnovers, fresh grape pie, hot chicken salad, Riz biscuits, and shrimp fondue. The cover of this book has just a bit of shelf wear. The pages are completely clear and clean. Stapled binding is in mint condition.

Like many self-published cookbooks, this cookbook is quite difficult to find. Rare.
