This cookbook is in excellent antique condition. The dust jacket is brittle, but intact. The cover has a very small amount of shelf wear along the bottom edge. The hinges are perfect. The binding is firm. The pages are slightly wavy along the bottom, but they are all completely clear and clean. The book has many delightful lithographs!
