Completely revised by Wilma Lord Perkins and published by Little, Brown and Company, Boston. Drawings by Alison Mason Kingsbury. Hard cover book with 596 pages, plus about 20 blank pages at the back for additional recipes. Pages are still completely blank. Cover is in good shape, with modest shelf wear, mainly on the spine cover. Front hinge is in perfect condition. Back hinge has been reinforced with clear librarian’s tape. Pages are completely clean and clear.
This edition is difficult to find. Relatively few were printed, since the much larger eleventh edition followed quickly in 1965.
